All interested participants are advised to register early as there are limited spaces.

19 July 2024 – 1500Hrs

NOTE

Players requiring accommodation may approach the Organizing team for assistance.

Registration is $10 per Participant
Late Registration is $12 per Participant
Late Registration applies to any Payment made after 19 July 2024 - 1500Hrs.
Players who pay Late Registration will start playing in Round 2

All interested Participants without FIDE IDs to send Copies of National ID or Passport or Birth Certificates to +263 71 3914655 / +263 774 067 703 by 19 July 2024 end of day.

Lunch will be served for all registered participants on both tournament days.

Victoria Falls Sports Academy is an association founded 14 July 2023 with the aims of:

Providing the community with a platform for learning and playing chess while socialising with others.

Increasing youth and female participation in chess at community level

Using chess as a tool in the fight against drug abuse, HIV/AIDS and poverty

Developing and producing national and international level chess champions.
